How to get started

    Sign up for a free Olivo account. This is your personal profile—you will use it to manage everything.

    Request company access

    Once logged in, apply for business access. Our team will review your request and set up your organization.

    Understand your structure

    Your organization is the top level—your brand or business name. Under it, you create branches (companies), each with its own location, team, and services.

  4. 04

    Add your team

    Invite employees to each branch. Set their working hours, days off, and the services they offer.

  5. 05

    Start scheduling

    Once your team and services are set up, clients can book appointments through the Olivo app or this website. You manage everything from one dashboard.
